Every weekend, someone wins up to £500 in cash and prizes at The Arch!
Read below for the official rules, eligibility, and how to enter for free.
Promoter: Cavcorn Ltd T/A The Arch Bar & Nightclub, 11 Commercial Street, Neath, SA11 1SB (“The Arch”).
1. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees of The Arch or associated businesses are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
Each guest attending The Arch during the promotional period is entitled to receive one free scratch card upon entry (subject to availability).
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To enter without attending the venue, send your full name, address, email address and contact number on a plain postcard or envelope to:

Postal entries must arrive by 5:00pm on the Friday prior to each weekend’s draw. One entry per envelope.
3. Prizes
Each promotional week, the following prizes are available:

All remaining cards state “No Win”.
Prizes are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
Winning cards are randomly distributed in sealed batches prior to the event.
Winners must present the original winning scratch card to management within 48 hours of the event to claim.
If a prize is unclaimed within this time, it will be forfeited and may be reissued in a future promotion.
5. General Conditions
One scratch card per person per night. Duplicate, altered or photocopied cards will not be accepted.
The Arch reserves the right to verify all winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement in the event of suspected fraud, misconduct or non-compliance with these terms.
The Arch reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
6. Liability
The Arch accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected postal entries.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Arch shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of any prize.
7. Data Protection
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in The Arch’s Privacy Policy.

Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 19th December 2025 until 1st January 2026 (inclusive) or until all 4,000 scratchcards have been distributed, whichever occurs first. -
How to Enter
Entry to the promotion is via the purchase of a £5 scratchcard upon arrival at The Arch Bar & Nightclub during the Promotion Period.
A scratchcard must be purchased per person for entry, except at the discretion of management in circumstances where a guest declares a gambling addiction or vulnerability.
Scratchcards are limited to one per person per event night. -
Prizes
A total of 4,000 scratchcards have been printed, containing 427 winning cards.

Batch distribution:
Cards are released in two batches of 2,000.
The £1,000 prize is guaranteed to appear in Batch 2 (cards 2,001–4,000).
All other prizes are distributed proportionally across both batches.

Claiming Prizes
Cash prizes below £1,000 may be claimed immediately at the venue.
The £1,000 prize will be paid via bank transfer within 7 working days of a valid claim.
Drink prizes (VK Bottle, AU Can, Free Shot) must be redeemed on the same night the winning scratchcard is presented.
Proof of age (18+) will be required.
Free Ticket – New Year’s Day:
Valid only for the New Year’s Day event at The Arch on 1st January 2026.
Non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Prize Conditions
All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Damaged, altered or photocopied scratchcards will not be accepted.
Management reserves the right to verify the authenticity of winning cards. -
General Rules
Staff of The Arch or Cavcorn Ltd, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, postpone or amend the promotion if necessary for safety, fairness or operational reasons.
The promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final. -
Responsible Participation
This promotion is not a gambling product, and no stake beyond the standard scratchcard purchase is required.
Guests who express vulnerability relating to gambling may be allowed entry without purchasing a scratchcard, at the sole discretion of management.
The Arch promotes responsible enjoyment of all activities and hospitality services. -
Data Protection
Personal data supplied for prize claims (including bank details for the £1,000 prize) will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and handled in accordance with GDPR.
No data will be shared with third parties except where legally required. -
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
